To block someone on TikTok, you can follow these steps:
1. Open the TikTok app on your device.
2. Tap on the Discover tab from the bottom bar of the screen.
3. Search for the desired profile in the search bar with the username of that profile.
4. Tap on the three-dotted icon from the top right corner.
5. Tap on Block.
