How To Grill Corn

Grilling corn on the cob is a great way to enjoy this summer staple. Here are some steps to follow:

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
3. Brush each piece with olive oil.
4. Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
5. Remove from grill and serve with butter, salt & pepper to taste.

You can also grill corn with the husk on or in foil .

For example, if you want to grill corn with the husk on:
1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
2. Place ears directly on the grates of the grill.
3. Cover and cook for 15 to 12 minutes.
4. Turn the ears occasionally with tongs.
5. The husks will blacken and char all over.
6. Remove the ears from the grill when they are charred all over.

If you want to grill corn in foil:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. Shuck the corn and remove silk.
3. Place each ear of corn on a piece of aluminum foil.
4. Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Wrap each ear tightly in foil.
6. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning every 4-5 minutes.
