The 2023 Night of Champions is the ninth event that WWE will hold in Saudi Arabia under this partnership and subsequently the first Night of Champions to be held in the country. The event took place on May 27th, 2023 at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Seth Rollins beat AJ Styles in an excellent opener at WWE Night of Champions 2023 to win the new WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens retained their undisputed tag team championships with an assist from their longtime rivals. Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar and a defiant Jimmy Uso all had huge nights at WWE Night of Champions 2023 in Saudi Arabia.
